At the time of the Great Fire of Warwick, number 22 originally included number 20 Northgate Street with four separate dwellings recorded in the building. Around 1700, an architect bought number 22 prior to the rebuilding of it, which may account for the use of stone in the building rather than brick.
Today, number 22 comprises a large reception room featuring a full-height bow window, dual aspect open plan kitchen/dining room and cloakroom off the hallway. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with ensuites on the first floor and two further bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor.
Outside there is a terrace and lawned area. The property also has a large cellar. There are two off street parking spaces accessed via a shared private roadway.
